Magdalena Płachecka – Tax Adviser
Magdalena is an expert with over 15 years of experience in tax advisory. She has worked both at local accounting firms, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, and at international advisory companies, serving major Polish and international clients. She also has experience as an in-house tax advisor for an investment fund specializing in commercial real estate in Poland.
Magdalena specializes in corporate income tax, restructurings, and real estate market transactions. She has extensive expertise in international taxation, property tax, transfer pricing issues, MDR, and VAT. She has led numerous due diligence projects, advised on corporate group reorganizations, and supported M&A transactions. Additionally, she has prepared numerous tax opinions and commentaries.
She is the author of many tax publications and regularly collaborates with industry portals. Magdalena graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University (UAM) and has held the title of tax advisor (No. 12745) for nearly a decade.
Magdalena is a professional who combines in-depth knowledge with a practical approach, helping clients achieve tax efficiency and minimize risk.

Robert Skuza – Chief Accountant
Robert is an experienced accountant with over 25 years of professional experience. He specializes in accounting, long-term contract settlements, financial and tax reporting, as well as financial management.
He has extensive experience working in both domestic and international companies, managing accounting teams, and implementing financial-accounting and ERP systems.
Robert holds a Ministry of Finance Certificate for providing accounting services. He is also the author of finance-related articles published in industry journals.
